My scale hasn't seen numbers like this since my early 20s (that's nearly 15 years ago). Ironic thing is, it pains me more now to admit that I was in my early 20s almost 15 years ago than it does to share my weight with the world.
Today I'm rewarding my TSV with a nice 3-7 mile hike with friends.
